The Story Behind Happy Hay

Happy Hay began with a simple idea: small pets deserve the same high-quality hay produced for commercial farms. Here’s how that idea turned into a growing community of happy owners and even happier pets.

Raised in the Fields

Harry grew up on the family farm that produces Eurobale, known for some of the best hay in the country. Being surrounded by quality hay from an early age shaped his understanding of what truly fresh, nutritious hay should look and feel like.

Not Good Enough for Pets

As he got older, Harry realized something was off: the hay available to small pet owners didn’t match the standard produced on the farm. Too dusty, too brown, too inconsistent, nowhere near the quality pets deserved.

A Better Way Forward

At age 20, Harry founded Happy Hay with a simple mission: bring farm-grade hay directly to small pet owners. No repackaging, no shortcuts, just genuinely good hay made the right way, from seed to bale.
